Book a free call

Twenty minutes. No pitch deck.

A real conversation about your shop, your phone, and where your time actually goes. If it's not a fit, I'll say so on the call instead of sending you a proposal you didn't ask for.

What we'll actually cover

  • What happens right now when the phone rings and you're under a truck or on a roof.
  • What you charge and how you schedule — because that's what an agent has to know cold.
  • What one missed call is worth to you. Usually the moment the whole thing clicks.
  • Whether this is even worth doing for a shop your size. Sometimes it isn't, and I'll tell you.

What it isn't

  • A 45-minute discovery call with a second call to follow.
  • A screen share of a dashboard you'll never log into.
  • Anybody following up eleven times if you go quiet.
You're talking to me, not a rep. Same person who builds it, runs it, and answers when something's off at 7am. That's the whole model — here's why.

Pick a time

Or send this and I’ll come back with two or three that work.

No spam, no drip sequence, no one else gets your number.

Rather just call?

(845) 393-9155 — that's a real phone, and it's also the demo agent, so you get to hear it first.

Call now
Not ready to talk to a person

Fair. Go talk to the agent instead.

You can hear the whole product before you ever speak to me. Call the demo line, ask it what it charges for brakes, book yourself in, then cancel it by text. Four minutes and you'll know whether this is worth twenty more.

Before you book

Is this a sales call?

It's a conversation about whether this fixes something real for you. If it does, I'll tell you what it costs. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that instead — I only take on so many shops at a time, so signing the wrong one costs me more than it costs you.

How long is it really?

Twenty minutes, and I keep to it. If we're both interested there's a second, longer conversation later where we go through your prices and services in detail. Not this one.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Helps if you know roughly what your average job is worth and how many calls you miss in a week, but we can work that out on the call.

What happens after?

If it's a fit, you get a short written summary of what we'd build and what it costs. One email. If you go quiet, you won't hear from me eleven more times.

What if I'm not in New York?

Doesn't matter. The work is remote and the phone system doesn't care where you are. Most of the setup happens without either of us in a room.
