We set up and run AI voice and text agents for your business. You tell us what to say and what to charge. We keep it working. Month to month, no long contract, and your phone number stays yours.

Who these terms cover

These terms apply to businesses that use Forged Engine Ai's services, and to people who visit this website or contact a phone line or number we operate. [TODO] Entity name, state of formation, and governing law.

What we provide

Depending on the plan you choose: an AI voice agent that answers calls, an AI text agent that handles text messages, and back-office automation such as estimates, reminders and review requests. We build it around your business, test it with you, and keep it running and tuned. [TODO] Service description and scope per plan, aligned with the final pricing page.

What we need from you

• Accurate information about your services, prices, hours and policies. The agent says what you tell it to say.
• The ability to forward your phone number to the agent, and to turn that forwarding off.
• Compliance with the laws that apply to your business, including rules on recording calls and on texting customers. [TODO] Counsel to confirm how responsibility is split.

Text message program

Customers who text a number we operate for you are opting in to messages about their appointment: confirmations, reminders and follow-up. [TODO] Program name, campaign description and sample messages as registered for A2P 10DLC.

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Message frequency varies with the customer's appointments and conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

Fees and billing

Starting, pausing and cancelling

Service is month to month. You can cancel at any time and you keep your phone number; turning off call forwarding puts you back where you started. [TODO] Notice period, refund treatment, pause or hold-rate terms for seasonal businesses, and what happens to your data on exit.

What the agent can and can't do

The agent is software. It can make mistakes, mishear, or misunderstand. It is built to stay inside the prices and rules you give it, to hand off to you when it is out of its depth, and to tell people the truth if they ask whether they are talking to an AI. It does not diagnose equipment, make promises about work you don't do, or guarantee a result. We read the conversations that go wrong and fix them, but we can't promise it will never get one wrong.

Changes to these terms

If we change something that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell customers directly.
