See it live

A working shop. A real phone number. Call it right now.

Forged Engine Auto is a complete shop we built and run on our own system — real phone line, real calendar, real texts. Nothing here is a slideshow. Watch two minutes of it, then pick up your phone and try to break it.

It books real appointments on a real calendar. Cancel yours when you're done and no one gets hurt.

Demo line: (845) 393-9155 · text it

Watch first

Two minutes, start to finish.

Most people have never talked to an AI agent on the phone and don't know what to ask it. Watch these two before you call — then you'll know exactly what to throw at it.

The phone call
A customer books a brake job at 8:40 on a Tuesday night — 1:40
The text conversation
Reminder, reschedule, confirmation — nobody picks up a phone — 1:15
After-hours no-heat call
0:52
"What do you charge for…"
0:38

Now take it for a drive.

Two numbers, both live, both answering right now. Start with these and you'll see everything it does in about four minutes.

Call it

(845) 393-9155 — answers on the second ring, day or night.

  1. “What do you charge for brakes?”Watch it quote from the shop's own price list, not a guess.
  2. “Can I get in Thursday morning?”It checks a real calendar and offers real openings.
  3. “Do you work on diesels?”A question that isn't in the script. See how it handles it.
  4. “My car is making a grinding noise when I brake.”No price, no date — just a problem. Watch it work out what you need.
Call the agent — (845) 393-9155

Text it

Same number. Reply speed is usually under ten seconds.

  1. “Hey do you guys do oil changes”Lowercase, no punctuation, like a real customer texts.
  2. “Can I move my appointment to Friday?”It reschedules without a single phone call.
  3. Reply C to cancelThen check — the slot is genuinely back on the calendar.
  4. “Can you also do an alignment while it's in?”Add-on booking, stacked onto the existing job.
Text the agent — (845) 393-9155

Fair warning: it will actually book you. It's a real calendar with a real two-hour minimum notice rule on it.

The receipts

Here's one that already happened.

Straight out of the demo system — an 8:41pm text on a Tuesday, from a customer who was never going to call.

hey do you guys do brakes8:41 PM
We do — pads and rotors, front or rear. Front axle runs $310 to $420 depending on the vehicle. What are you driving?8:41 PM
2016 f150. its grinding pretty bad8:43 PM
Grinding usually means the pads are gone and you're into the rotor, so I'd plan on both. For an F-150 that's about $395 front, and it's a two-hour job. I've got Thursday at 8am or Friday at 1pm open. Either work?8:43 PM
thursday 88:44 PM
Booked — Thursday the 12th at 8:00am, front brakes on the 2016 F-150. I'll text you a reminder Wednesday afternoon. Reply C anytime if something changes.8:44 PM
appreciate it8:45 PM
4 minutes. Owner was home eating dinner and never touched the phone.

What fired behind that

  • The job went on the calendar. Real booking, two-hour minimum notice enforced, no double-booking the bay.
  • The owner got a summary text. Customer, vehicle, job, price quoted, time booked. One message, no reading a thread.
  • A confirmation email went out. With the quote range in writing so there's no argument Thursday morning.
  • A reminder is already queued for Wednesday at 3pm — and if the customer doesn't confirm, it nudges again before it gives up.
  • A review request is queued for after the job is marked done. Nobody has to remember to ask.

That's the part competitors don't show you. Answering the phone is the easy half.

Inbound call · Tue 8:12 PM voice
Agent

Forged Engine Auto, this is Jenny. What can I do for you?

Caller

Yeah, hi — are you guys open tomorrow? My check engine light came on.

Agent

We're open seven to five tomorrow. Is the light steady or is it flashing?

Caller

Uh — steady, I think.

Agent

Good — steady means it's not urgent, you can drive it. If it starts flashing, pull over. Diagnostic is $110 and it takes about an hour. I've got 9:30 or 2:00 tomorrow. Which is easier?

Caller

Let's do 9:30.

Agent

Done. 9:30 tomorrow, diagnostic. Can I get your name and the year and make?

Caller

Marcus Hill, it's a 2019 Silverado.

Agent

Got it, Marcus. You'll get a text confirmation in a second. See you at 9:30.

Call ends — 1 minute 4 seconds.

8:12 PM. The shop closed at five. Nobody was there.

Notice what it didn't do

  • It didn't read a menu. No "press one for service." It just asked what he needed.
  • It didn't guess at a diagnosis. Steady versus flashing is a safety question, and it's the one a good service writer asks.
  • It didn't invent a price. $110 is the number the shop gave it. It will never make one up.
  • It didn't stall. Sixty-four seconds, problem to booked job.
When it can't help, it says so. Anything outside what it's been told — a warranty dispute, an angry customer, a job the shop doesn't do — and it takes a message, texts you immediately, and tells the customer a human will call back. It does not bluff.

Questions people ask about the demo

The honest answers.

Is that a real phone number?

Yes. (845) 393-9155 is a live Twilio line running the same voice agent, text agent, and booking system we'd build for your shop. Call it at three in the morning if you want to.

Is Forged Engine Auto a real shop?

It's a shop we built and run — real prices, real hours, real calendar, real customers only in the sense that you're one right now. We built it because showing you a working business beats showing you a demo video of a business. Everything in it is the actual production system, not a sandbox.

Will it really book me an appointment?

It will. On a real calendar, with a real two-hour minimum notice rule. Text C when you're done and it cancels cleanly — that's worth trying too, because cancellation is where most systems fall apart.

Does it cost me anything to call?

Nothing. Standard rates from your carrier, same as any phone call. It costs us a few cents, which is why we ask you to watch the video first — so you know what to ask instead of burning three minutes figuring it out.

Can it do this for my trade, or only auto?

Any trade. Auto was just the easiest one to build a believable demo shop around — everyone understands a brake job. The same system runs an HVAC company's after-hours no-heat calls or a plumber's Saturday emergencies. See it framed for your trade →

Will my customers know it's AI?

Some will, some won't, and we tell them if they ask. What matters more: it picks up on the second ring at 8pm and it doesn't put anybody on hold. Customers forgive a lot for that.

Ready to get your evenings back?

Twenty minutes, a real conversation about your shop, and no pressure either way.
